Core Connect Circle is a private membership-based community. Membership approvals are subject to management discretion.
Membership validity is for 6 months from the joining date and operates on a rotational basis.
Membership must be renewed on or before the renewal due date.
Failure to renew within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of membership and discontinuation of all member privileges.
All membership fees, onboarding charges, event fees, and associated payments made to Core Connect Circle are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Members are expected to maintain respectful, ethical, and professional conduct at all times.
Core Connect Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund in cases involving:
Registrations for events, gatherings, workshops, private experiences, or concerts are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Core Connect Circle reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events when necessary.
All branding, logos, content, photographs, videos, designs, and media associated with Core Connect Circle remain the intellectual property of CCC.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
By attending CCC events or gatherings, members consent to photography and videography for marketing, branding, and promotional purposes.
Core Connect Circle shall not be responsible for:
Participation in the community is voluntary and at the member’s own discretion.
Core Connect Circle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
